I have been working as a Bird Guide in Kashmir since 2019, specializing in birdwatching tours, bird photography assistance, and wildlife interpretation. Over the years, I have guided birders, photographers, researchers, and nature enthusiasts across various habitats of Kashmir, including wetlands, forests, alpine meadows, and mountainous regions. My experience includes locating and identifying resident as well as migratory bird species, understanding bird behavior, and sharing knowledge about Kashmir's rich avifauna and biodiversity. I have extensive field experience in guiding visitors to observe rare and iconic species such as the Orange Bullfinch, Spectacled finch, common rosefinch Kashmir Nuthatch, Orange Bullfinch Kashmir Nutcracker, spectacled finch Kashmir Flycatcher, Little Bittern, Ibisbill, Tawny Owl, white throated Bush Tit, long billed Bush warbler, and western tragapon and numerous other Himalayan birds. Through my guiding work, I have developed strong skills in bird identification by sight and sound, route planning, field safety, and environmental awareness, ensuring memorable and educational birding experiences for visitors to Kashmir.
